Doors opened when martial law was lifted on July 15th, 1987, and it feels like those of us who came after are standing by a crack in the doorway, peering back to the dark abyss of the past. En route to understanding history, as we set out to decipher purposes and circumstances that can be easily reduced and lumped together, those who came before us and have lived in those times are undoubtedly our best guides.

無法避免被消去歸零
但，每個數字
並不能忘記，萬物的母胎就是零
從它的虛無中
會孕育再誕生新的數字

Ultimately, in the equation of the mortal world
It is unavoidable to become reduced back to Zero
But each number
Mustn’t forget that Zero is the Mother of All
